You'll provide your legal business name, EIN, public address, and an authorized contact — the same info on your business registration. We file the dossier with Twilio on your behalf. Carriers typically review within 3–5 business days.

3 Pay $5/mo to provision your toll-free number

Five dollars a month reserves your dedicated US toll-free number and covers KYC processing and verification support. The moment you pay, your number is live for inbound SMS — customers can text in and preview the AI using a trial pool of 50 segments while the carrier review runs in the background.

4 Carrier approval — full two-way SMS goes live
