Abezio ("we", "us") provides an AI-powered SMS scheduling and customer communication platform to service businesses ("Customers"). This policy describes what data we collect, why, and how we use it.
Inbound SMS messages from consumers are processed only to (a) reply to the consumer's request, (b) schedule appointments and send related confirmations and reminders, and (c) generate audit logs and billing records for the Customer who owns the toll-free number.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support of our services is permitted (for example, Twilio Inc., which delivers SMS on our behalf).
The above excludes text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
We retain message content and consent records for as long as required by applicable telecommunications regulations (including CTIA guidelines) and for the duration of the Customer's account. Consumers may request deletion by replying STOP to opt out and contacting the Customer business directly.
