Abezio gives service businesses (plumbers, HVAC shops, etc.) a toll-free SMS number with a 24/7 AI assistant that books jobs and answers customer questions. Consumers text the business; the assistant handles the conversation and loops a human in when needed.
You opt in by texting the business's toll-free number directly. There is no website form and no marketing list. Inbound only.
The core service is a customer-initiated AI utility for answers, scheduling, customer care, and requested service updates. It is not a purchased or imported marketing list.
Some businesses let you explicitly request optional updates by texting a keyword shown with an offer, event, QR code, or other invitation. If optional updates are activated, the enrollment reply tells you. Reply DRIP STOP to turn off those optional updates while keeping the utility conversation available. Reply STOP to end all messages from that number.
Frequency varies. Typically only when you initiate a conversation or have an upcoming appointment.
Abezio does not charge consumers. Standard message and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply.
Reply HELP to any message. You'll receive contact information and opt-out instructions. You can also email support@abez.io.
Reply STOP to any message. You will be opted out immediately, receive one final confirmation, and receive no further messages from that number. To stop only optional business updates, reply DRIP STOP.
No. Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in data are never sold or shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy and SMS Terms.
