Abezio operates SMS scheduling and customer-care messaging on behalf of independent service businesses ("Operators"). When you text an Abezio-provisioned toll-free number, you are communicating with an Operator's automated assistant powered by Abezio.
You opt in by sending the first SMS message to an Operator's toll-free number. This is an explicit, consumer-initiated opt-in. After your first message you will receive an automated reply that:

Message frequency varies based on your interaction. Typically: one confirmation per scheduling request, plus appointment reminders. We do not send marketing or promotional messages on this program.
Message and data rates may apply. Standard carrier rates for SMS apply per your wireless plan. Abezio does not charge consumers for messages.
All major U.S. and Canadian carriers (AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, US Cellular, Rogers, Bell, Telus, etc.). Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Reply HELP at any time and you will receive instructions on how to contact the Operator and how to opt out. Example reply:
"<Operator>: For help, contact <email>. Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Msg & data rates may apply."

Reply STOP (or STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT) at any time to immediately opt out. You will receive one final confirmation and no further messages will be sent from that number. To re-enroll, simply text the toll-free number again or reply START.
